What data does Zuum reporting include?

Zuum pulls data for 7 social media networks, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google Plus, Pinterest and LinkedIn. For Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, there’s both public and private data. Zuum also pulls a large quantity of Google Analytics data, including site visits from each social network, and conversion number and revenues data.

Does Zuum have historical data?

Yes, Zuum has various types of historical data, going back for different lengths depending on the source and type of data. We can also do custom data gathering and/or sourcing.

Is there a cost for multiple logins on a single plan?

No, Zuum offers unlimited logins so your entire team can access, view and share the same data.

Does Zuum require a contract?

No, Zuum is available by open ended subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will expire at the end of the current month.

How fast can I have my account set up?

Generally, we can have most accounts set up within 24 hours.

What languages will Zuum support?

Zuum is designed for English and also works in most European languages. We even have customers using it with Thai.

Will Zuum work on an iPad?

Yes, Zuum is HTML5 compliant, so it will work on iPads, and even iPhones if you can see that small of print.
